Achievement: I just want that Upcomming Shows will be showed in correct time.
Issue: Widget display shows earlier.

I’m working for a lot of days trying to resolve this problem…
I’ve sheduled all our shows info for every day in the week (from Monday to Sunday). I’ve respected start time and end time for every show (always end show finish the same time that next one starts).
“NOW ON AIR” widget works perfect, but “UPCOMING SHOWS” always displays the radio programs transmited at 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM approx. For example, if now It’s 18:00 time, widget display displays only 2:00 AM to 4:00 SHOWS. However “NOW ON AIR” displays the correct show scheduled at 6:00 PM.
I don’t know why… 🙁
Anyone may help me, please. Thanks a lot in advance.

please do a theme update, there have been some changes, and please report after that. Thank you.10 months, 2 weeks ago pelostiesosParticipant
Hi again Chris.
I’ve already updated the theme to 1.4.4, and the problem continues… Sorry
I’ve checked all schedule list for every day and all is OK.
Now on air (AHORA EN EL AIRE) widget shows the earlier radioprogram than now (it could be another issue), and “UPCOMING SHOWS” always displays the transmited at 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM approx…
If you need our wp user data to enter to our admin site, please tell me.
Thanks, again Chris…

this needs to be checked by the developer. We will get back to you soon.10 months, 2 weeks ago QantumThemes DevelopersKeymaster
Hello, sorry for letting you wait, i just finished the tests and the theme actually has no issues by this point of view.
Please see (note the computer time and the show time):
As you can see they are correctly displaying the actual and upcoming shows. We also are located in Spain so we have same timezone as you.
I think you already checked your settings of timezone in Settings->general (just to be sure that this is not your issue) and select Madrid as time zone.
Possible problem origins:
1) DUPLICATED OR UNUSED SCHEDULES: Be sure that you don’t have unused schedules in the Schedule post type, as the theme doesn’t know which one you want to use and it grabs the first. Please go in your schedules and check this.
2) MORE POSSIBLE: SERVER CACHING I don’t see any caching plugin in your website, but you can still be having cache in your server or provided by CDN services as Cloudflare or similar.
IMPORTANT: All the widgets, shortcodes and sliders about shows extracts the data in the same way. So for this principle is not possible that one works and another doesn’t because of any theme bug. If this happens it can only be because some parts of the page are cached and other not. This is a normal thing for any page and object cache.
As this is a radio site and updates every hour, is important to verify that the server/wordpress cache are updated every hour.
Please check all the above details and if you can’t identify the issue let me know.
Hi again and thanks for your answer.
Finally I’ve found the problem….: 😉
The problem was about time format in schedule data…. Must be HH:MM.
I had written…. 0:00 1:23 2:15 for example,
when it must to be…. 00:00 01:23 02:15 etc….
The problem happens with “Upcomming shows”, but not with “Now on air” widget, I don’t know why…
So, issue resolved. Thanks again for your great service.10 months, 1 week ago ChrisModerator
great find and thanks for sharing the solution!

Thanks for sharing the solution, yet very strange you could set the time in the wrong way as the control in the page should normally force the 0 in front. Can I please ask the browser used for creating the shows? We can probably make some more tests to prevent the issue in the future. Thanks!
Of course !!
I’m using Firefox 54.0.1 (32-bit)10 months, 1 week ago ChrisModerator
Thank you – confirmed bug with Firefox, not happening in chrome.
I did’nt know that every browser could be working so different…
And, Do suggest me that we should work always with Chrome, or another browser than Firefox?
I’ve noted that if you edit Schedule in Firefox with “0:15” for example, and try to edit again (after save it) with Chrome… this last browser change the value for “–:–“, as not saved.10 months ago ChrisModerator
Browser development is changing by the day, so I can’t name the best browser. We will have an eye on how the theme can bypass such glitches in any browser, please just don’t use Internet Explorer for anything 😉10 months ago QantumThemes DevelopersKeymaster
This is because of the Ecmascript version, EC6 and ES5 uses different time interpretations.
